It also highlights our niche, bridging the gap between businesses and their culture experience. The DNA background symbolises an organisations culture and strategy. Our teal background version reflects our love for the ocean and nature. And CultureXP encompassed in a circle? Aside from passing our “does it look good on a T-Shirt test”, the design was conceived while we were in our COVID -19 Level 4 Lockdown bubble.
